Gulam Abbas Saghar (Raja Abbas Saghar Minhas) was born on March 8, 1992, in Jhelum.
He began his educational journey in 1997 at a government school. He completed his Master's degree at the Jinnah College of Commerce for Higher Education in Jhelum City and also benefited from the Punjab University in Lahore. He received his education in Urdu literature solely at home from his father, not requiring the support of any school or institute to learn Urdu literature, and he followed in the footsteps of his ancestors in Urdu literature and poetry.
In 2012, Gulam Abbas Saghar joined the Pakistan Awami Tehreek as a political platform. The founder of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek is Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, an Islamic scholar and the author of over 1,000 books on Islam, economics, and political systems. Gulam Abbas Saghar began writing poetry at a very young age. At the age of 16, he regularly participated in poetry recitals (mushairas).

Electoral Reforms in PakistanIn the 2018 elections, Gulam Abbas Saghar decided to return to Pakistan and serve the Pakistani nation. He resigned from his job and came to Pakistan, starting his work as a social worker and politician. Although he did not lead any political party, he played a significant role in the Pakistani political system. Abbas Saghar's Urdu poetry book, *Raahguzar*, is well-regarded. Gulam Abbas Saghar is also known as a consultant, writer, poet, social worker, movie producer, and public speaker.
